ZORVANEL Returns Policy

At ZORVANEL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are applicable for items purchased directly from ZORVANEL within the last 30 days.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@zorvanel.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we recommend starting the process by contacting us at exchanges@zorvanel.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
